Empowering Our Community for Over 15 Years LWRA was founded over 15 years ago with a mission to safeguard our community from increasing crime rates. Through establishing a boomed, security-controlled area with continuous public space patrols, we've built a safe haven for our residents. Join us as we continue to enhance our vibrant community’s security and quality of life.

Introducing the RF ID/Scanning Entry System The future of community security is here! In response to a significant increase in vehicle traffic, with averages of 5300 vehicles per day at Woburn and Sunny gates, and 4200 at Sher gate, we are accelerating the implementation of an advanced Radio Frequency Identification (RF ID) Scanning Entry System. This system will ensure that only authorized vehicles can access the area, significantly enhancing our security measures and reducing unnecessary strain on our infrastructure.

System Details:

  • Designated Entry: Residents with RFID tags will have exclusive access through designated booms. Tags will be detected automatically, allowing for seamless entry.
  • Controlled Access: Non-tagged vehicles, including those of non-residents, will need to use non-designated booms and undergo a scanning process of their Driver's License and Car License for entry.

All residents are encouraged to join by simply completing the mandate letter (click here to download) and contributing a small monthly fee. Your participation directly supports the extensive security measures that protect us all.

Vote on the New Security System Your voice did matter! We invited all residents to participate in the decision-making process by voting on the new security system implementation. Voting ended on April 19, 2024 and were concluded that majority of residents were in favour of the system.
